Plato's mission is to enable local economies to flourish by supporting restaurants to thrive.
By enabling restaurants to get the exposure and recognition they deserve, Plato aims to support restaurants in attracting and building long-term relationships with customers.

Restaurants are increasingly intermediated by reservation or delivery applications, which often cut into their already narrow margins. Plato cuts out the middlemen by establishing direct relationships between the customer and restaurants, and rewards users for engagement that promotes retention and loyalty. That's our version of Circular Economy.

Amplify Word of Mouth Effects

Word of mouth is recognized as the best marketing strategy for restaurants, but is very difficult to rely on given only 3% of customers leave reviews that are often biased to extremes. With Plato, customers are rewarded for sharing their dining experiences through the Plato app, which amplifies the power of word of mouth.
